It's somewhat confusing when the server says that I have to order online even though I'm standing right in front of her. I... thought I misunderstood since I'd never heard that before. Following that logic anybody without a smartphone would not be ableto order inside McDonald's unless they knew how to use the menu board, which I don't. My less than perfect hearing coupled witha very strong accent on the staff's behalf led me to be stumped. I did eventually get what I had went into the facilityfor. Life used to be much simpler. Normally this location is pretty efficient, except for today. I paid for 2 extra hashbrowns with my meals and did not receive... them. I also order bacon not sausage and guess what I got...sausage. To the chick working at the till is it really that hard tofigure out what items go with what order. I'm pretty sure it tells you on the screen. Read more

My brother and I just bought 2 happy meals. We opened the bag after coming home and 2 chocolate milk was missing. I called and... explained her about it but the person who picked up the phone was keep saying that she can not hear me... And said they givethe drink on the window not in the bag, but we didn't get it. What ever mistake was done was done I get it but the person whotalked to me doesn't sound she care at all or apology.. The Food was good, the service was gooder. This is one of my favourite McDonald's, and I've eaten across Canada. The staff are... doing a good job with prep time, quality, accuracy, and friendliness/helpfulness. There must be good management here. Read more
This location has been consistently forgetting items in orders for weeks now. Today was the last day I will visit this location... due to missing Big Mac AND large fries in my meal. That?s $10 gone since I?m not driving back just to complain. They throw foodout the drive thru window so fast it?s too good to be true, and obviously it is. Any individual items that you order outside ofa full meal better be double check before leaving the window. Read more
