Probably the worst McDonald?s I?ve been to ever. I live few blocks from this location and I have had to refrain from going... there for 2 years now because the keep serving old sitting food. I decided to try it again thinking they must have got better bynow right. I asked for freshly made filet fish and fries with pop. She said yes no problem. I received darkish brown fries thattaste like old fryer oil and my spongy fish sandwich tastes like it has been sitting for few hours? definitely not fresh, I meaneven if you ask they lie and still serve you old food. Absolutely gross my 10yr old son won?t eat the fries which is unheard ofand I literally cannot eat more than 2 bites of the sandwich. All goes in the garbage except my pop which is the highlight ofmy lunch. You have one job and failed over and over you should take a bit more pride in quality of food you are serving. I usedto love McDonald?s but after this many nasty experiences back to back I am no longer a customer. Maybe enough complaints willget them to improve their quality control, but probably not. The consistency of food being good at this store seems to be dependent on the staff on duty. Today it was half a box of cold... fries, and an obviously burned McCrispy. And these guys are getting smart too! They never gave me a receipt so I couldnt givethem a bad survey with headoffice! Read more
This was truly the most terrible service I have had from a McDonald?s I?ve gone to many other McDonalds and I?ve never had the... problem of going to the restaurant and having to wait five minutes for a double cheeseburger because the first one was greasyand was not edible for any human consumption if I truly could I would give this restaurant a 0 I could tell they rushed the mealhow is that fair if we pay for it they get paid for the job they should care the manager also was just standing there and gaveme a stink eye truly thank you for showing me how bad this McDonald?s truly is date:Sept 7 10:00pm 2022 Read more
Even for McDonald's, This place is bad. After 3 visits and no good experiences or meals, it's safe to say that they weren't just... having an off day. The service is always slow, the staff always prioritize drive-through instead of the customers that comeinside to look them in the face. Tonight, the burger that I ordered was truly terrible. It was lukewarm at best. Thecheese-like substitute wasn't even melted. So gross. Read more
Time and time again they mess up orders Check everything or just go to another one!! Todays was one of the worst paid extra for... bacon, tomato and mayo on a burger .... no bacon , no tomato, no mayo. 2nd part of the order was a mc chicken it was old andstale the person making it had to of noticed the brick chicken and how disgusting it looked but still thought yea this is goodenough to serve to someone. Then 3rd a double cheeseburger which they didnt even put in the bag, i managed to see this before Ileft but didnt think to check the rest as it looked to be good. Accidents happen but 0 for 3 is completly unacceptable, afterall its burgers not rocket science. Great service. Great food. The reason for the 2 stars is one manager. Not impressed. In rush hour, I had a manager named Giselle... clapping her hands and yelling at the kitchen staff, and she was standing next to me with the customers up front. Left a verypoor tstae in my mouth. I would not put up with that, and no staff should have to deal with that. She needs to be dealt withimmediately. I have been in management for years and would never treat any employees like that. im not the type of person to post complaints on google but this is the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to. my burgers were... soaked completely with grease, looked like someone grabbed the burger and wrapper and tried to form a snow ball. grease pouringout as i opened it. went through the drive through again, new ones were the exact same. the manager was incredibly rude, told meto "come back later" and she would remake them (lol) and would not issue a refund because "i have a note that says we cant issuerefunds". they 100% stole my money as far as im concerned. left having paid for food and what they tried to pass off as foodstayed with them because i wouldnt accept it. literally just kept my money for nothing Read more
