Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered only a large coffee and made the mistake of asking if they had a milk substitute. That... clearly confused the person and they ended up giving me a large coffee with one milk and FOUR sugar. I realized after I haddriven away immediately pulled back up and went inside. I asked them to make me a new one with one milk, one sugar and wasimmediately received with an eye roll. Then I heard the employee who took my order and the manager standing right there baggingorders and berating me for not checking my order. Awful management. Awful staff. Awful experience. I came to the location at 2:45, I ordered 2 Double cheese burgers and 2 apple pies. I get home to find out they gave me 2 vary... hard apple pies that says enjoy by 8:15am and 12:18pm so thanks for giveing me hard bricks that I can't eat. One star becausethey gave me brick pies. Read more
Terrible. Order is wrong constantly. Charge you for things like bacon added to sandwich but never get it. Had a big Mac from... there and it had two buns on the bottom, two patties then the top. You'd have to literally on purpose screw this up. I'm justsurprised the owner hasn't done anything with all the bad reviews. Maybe pay employees more so they care? Maybe figure out whatthe situation is and fix it? There is a reason for bad service and sometimes and it goes all the way to the top. So, yes, theemployees do screw up but do they have motivation from the boss to not? Get your stuff together. I'd like to not have to travelfor my coffee and sammwich because of incompetence. I would have given a big zero star , lady at reception rude and served me with tasteless iced coffee as i redeemed a offer that... came in my MacDonald app . That's is how they treat people who come to redeem offers. Very cheap service Read more
The Coke at this location is terrible. There?s always something off about it, couldn?t say what they?re cutting it with, just... never hits right. The Coke I?ve copped at other locations is always perfect, hits just right. If you?re looking for good,refreshing Coke, go to a different location. Read more
Very friendly staff. I did end up showing ten minutes late once, for my online order. They observed my mistake, and told me what... I could do next time to make it easier for both sides. They said it extremely kindly, though, and handled it well. I was veryappreciative of that. The preparation speed is average to somewhat slow, and the store is a bit disorganized. However, they'venever really made a mistake on my orders, and I've always received the food warm and well-flavoured. Read more
You've got to work really hard to get one star when the customer is trying to give you a chance. Our family has been to this... location 3 times since it's renovated and reopened. Each visit has been the same. Staff are rude and go out if their way to NOTcommunicate with you. Literally walking away to get a donut out of the case in the middle of taking our order. Argued when wepointed out they over charged us and accepted what the till read like it was a stone tablet from the mountain. Blamed us forgetting our own order wrong - twice! Special orders are just spinning the wheel here. Want extra pickles? You get extra macsauce and no pickles for you! No onions it's an allergy? How about no cheese instead - how bad can that allergy really be ifyou're eating here? It's McDonald's, you shouldn't expect cuisine - but you should receive what you ordered and a littlecivility for your patronage. Read more
Went through the drive through. Placed an order for my sister and I. They didn?t give the fries for my sisters meal. We said... plain cheeseburger and got a cheese burger with everything on it. Had to go back through the drive through to tell them wedidn?t get our second fries. Still had to pay for the second one even thought we asked for a meal and a fries with the firstpart of the order. This location needs better training. Better teach to help the workers hear what the customers are saying.Quite disappointed with this location. Read more
