Tried to order 4 cheeseburgers with extra pickles and onions. 2 cheeseburgers with no pickles. They didn?t understand at all.... Finally got it right on screen. Paid, got home just now. Missing 1 cheeseburger, the one without pickles had pickles on it,other one nothing but cheese on it. Every time we come here something is always wrong, never once have we had a good experience. You know you should probably tell the customers you don?t have tomato and bacon when they order the new chicken sandwich that... has that. Otherwise I wouldn?t have gotten it. And got charged more. Read more
Easily the worst McDonalds in Edmonton. About once a year I stop here to see if it's any better and it never is. Food is always... disgusting and/or mistakes are made. Today I got a bacon and egg Mcmuffin meal. The egg was severely undercooked, the cheese wascompletely (whole slice!) melted and stuck to the box, the Hashbrown was overcooked and disgusting. I'll continue driving theextra couple blocks to the 149 street location, they are much much better. Read more
Ordered the new Mccrispy chicken sandwich. I believe they fried it long ago and then refried before giving it me. The outer... layer was tasting like it was burned and from the bottom of fryer. I am never going back to this location. Read more
I order med coffee only 3/4 in the cup pancakes has no syrup and fork and knife, mc griddle sausage i recieved the mc griddle... bun with chicken .chocolate milk doesnt have straw. Also waited for long for just a small order. ???? i am very verydissappointed . it looks like the one that serving our order intentionally dies this is unacceptable. I think this guy is afacist. As McDonalds go, this location is disappointing. I have found they tend to run out of different things, and what they actually... have often doesn?t correspond with their menu. More than once they have under filled drinks or ice cream, and when I?ve shownthem they agree and re-make it. Almost seems like a consistent policy! Biggest annoyance was one night when I placed a mobileorder around 9:30 pm and walked over (On the app I selected to pick up my order inside). I arrived and the dining room waslocked. I tried knocking - no answer. Phoned multiple times and the phone just rang with no voicemail pickup or menu. I triedwalking to the drive thru speaker but couldn?t get their attention by shouting, and couldn?t get anyone?s attention in thewindow. After 20 minutes an employee finally came outside to take out the garbage and I was able to get their attention. Noapology, they just said they only do drive thru at this hour. I explained I was given the option of counter pick up and selectedit. When I mentioned I phoned them for 10 minutes straight, they agreed they had heard the phone ringing but aren?t supposed toanswer it. What?? Travel the extra 8 blocks to 149 st and 87 Ave. Never had an issue there! Read more
