This restaurant?s cleanliness was well below standard, staff were unprofessional and borderline rude and the atmosphere is Not... Family friendly at all. The only person I will give positive feedback about is Lance. When I called to get the store number tosend some feedback about the Kiosk (adding a vegetarian section) to the Head Office, he asked about and listened to my concernsregarding the above noted and said he would talk to the team and offered me a new meal although our order had already beencorrected. The black girl that works at the drive through is extremely rude and has Zero customer service skills she should not be working... in customer service industry she needs to be trained on how to treat people with respect. I feel sorry for her co-workers andher family members that they have to deal with someone like her on a day to day basis. Read more
terrible service, terrible employees, & the place is disgusting!! the worst McDonalds I've been to. ordered a vanilla Chai... frappe on its own then ordered two meals one with orange juice, one with another vanilla Chai, then ordered a happy meal withchocolate milk. the lady who took our order made both meals drinks as the vanilla Chai n then made the happy meal drink asorange juice even though we paid for chocolate milk, she messed up & didnt charge us for orange juice so she tried taking awaythe chocolate milk & tried to make us pay for it again. she was extremely rude when we were saying it's her mess up & we shouldstill get our chocolate milk. after hesitating she gave us our chocolate milk & said "you should be thankful". maybe you shouldlisten to what people say when they order. missing the yogurt from the happy meal & the toy. we also tried ordering twohashbrowns on each meal & she said "yes it is" but only charged us for two hashbrowns so thats all we got. we also paid for theegg, bacon, jalapeño Mcmuffin + add sausage . they removed the bacon even tho we never said remove bacon & we paid for thebacon one plus the extra price of the sausage. everytime we go there they don't listen, they get things wrong or things aremissing & when you sit down to eat, if you can even find a clean table as they dont properly clean their tables, you will haveflies constantly flying around you, landing on you and your food. I had takeout. The person at the order window didn't say Hi or Bye just stuck the debit card machine out the window. Took my... payment. Then turned away and started with the next customer. Not impressed. Person at the food window was great friendly andpolite. Read more
Had to wait for fries and when I got them they where Luke warm, they weren't even full. the nuggets are Luke warm as well
Was good to see the play place open ! I have to admit it was a bit gross climbing in with my daughter. Everything felt grungy... and sticky even had a cigarette butt laying around. Food and coffee was great though and I feel like getting playplace open isimportant so I'm doing 4 stars would be 5 after Cleaning Read more
Had an awful experience at this Mcdonalds today. Went through the drive thru and the lady was so rude to us. We tried to order... but our truck was too loud, understandable, so we turned it off. But the way she was yelling at us was so rude even when wewere trying to order she was not understanding us and we still had to yell our order. Got to the 1st window and she was slammingthe debit machine on the window at us. Told her she was being rude and she started yelling and slammed the window after we paid.Got to the second window and complained. Also got mad cuz we never got our kids meal we ordered. We drove away without checkingour order cuz the whole experience was just so chaotic honestly. Got home and our order was completely wrong. We got 2 chickenburgers (the husband doesnt even like mayo so he couldnt even eat it if he wanted to) we had ordered a big mac meal and aquarter pounder meal. Had to drive back and get my sons happy meal myself in my car cuz the hubby was so heated. Anyway awfulexperience. Read more
If you want late night food, DO NOT GO HERE. Its extremely unreliable, some times they're closed for NO reason for up to and... HOUR and a half. They don't explain why they are closed ( this has happened many times, i live less than a 5 minute walk away).This evening it took almost 20 minutes to get 2 mcdoubles ( and it was pretty cold) ; the woman had an unreasonable excuse fortaking so long AND didn't apologise. I would call myself a patient person, but I've been going to this McDonald's because it'sso close to my home and has been VERY unreliable for the past 2 years. Read more
