Definitely the worst location that I've been too ever. They can't get the orders right, drive-thru is always making you pull... around to wait for your food (on single item orders even!) It's always dirty in there, just gross. It's the closest to my housebut go out of my way to go to any location but this one. Read more
This McDonald's is always bustling and a busy McDonald's usually means FRESH FRIES. Employees here have always been nice and... very prompt at working through busy rushes. Might be on a pretty nice hot streak with hot and crispy fries right now... Keep itup y'all. Coffee is also made better than most. Read more
Suffers from order accuracy especially on drive through orders to a point where I have to park everytime and verify my order is... correct (they get it right 1 out of 5 orders). Manager and worker training is highly recommended to address this. Read more
I ordered two items, one of which was missing. While I was waiting for my missing item to be made I saw an employee wipe the... long prep counter with her hands and sprinkle what she had picked up on someone?s burger, wraps it up and then serves it!! Sogross! And to finish off the experience my Big Mac did not have any Big Mac sauce, but some kind of cinnamon flavoured sauce?Very disappointed, I like McDonald?s because of the consistency and standards, this location needs to work on both those things! ordered something from the machine and they completely "forgot" it. stood there for a good 15 mins until I tried going up to... them to tell them. lady straight up tried to ignore me and when I finally told her she hastily put it together and didn't evenapologize. they also didn't write anywhere that they were out of happy meal toys so that was missing. they also didn't give memy drink. 0/10, much better locations elsewhere. Fast service which is great. But they compromised with quality in the process. I purchased a 'snack size' mcFlurry and I got... Oreo on the outside but vanilla on the inside. And this is snack size, I'd assume there is a large significant difference in thelarge mcFlurry. I wish they didn't cheap out on the amount and also mixed it well. Again, the service was fast but qualityisn't. Please fix this in the future and I'll change rating on my next visit. Thanks! Read more
Okay sorry for posting this so late. This was from September 14 at this location. My sister and I where dinning here for lunch.... My sister was just finishing her burger when she noticed something amis about it. We found a piece of plastic inside and went tothe cashier. They gave her a new burger but didn't seem to care about the mistake. No apology for the mess up, I feel like itwasn't even acknowledged. Boo Read more
