We just ordered chicken nuggets and fries, and they were dark in Color, as if they were burnt. I went back into the store and... asked for fresh food. The staff member said they will still look like that because they only change the oil every 12 days. Thisdoesn?t seem ok to me. Read more
I would give this location no stars if possible! The cashier was training and made several mistakes and we were very patient.... The manager came to assist several times and they both heard my insistance on having no meat on my egg and cheese McMuffin. Ileave and take a bite of ham in my sandwich. As a vegetarian, I don't eat meat at all and had made this point clear. I wasbuying lunch for my staff and trying to find something there I could eat and while I rarely eat eggs, it seemed to be my onlyoption. The Manager had attitude when I went back in, upset that I just had pig in my mouth, commenting about how I hadpurchased chicken too... Chicken for my staff! Not for me! But disappointing. I used the self serve option, my purchase went through (I used Google pay which tells you right away) however... the screen told me, pin error? I want assigned a order number either. I went to the cash register and while there was only onecustomer waiting for an order, I was ignored. I wasn't impressed. While waiting at the cash, the order I placed was called! 2paltry ice-cream cones that left a lot to be desired. I could not be bothered to speak to staff, They didn't bother with me atthe cash, wht bother going back there. I will advoid this McDonalds in the future. Read more
Stopped by for some 4/20 donuts to snack on. These Boston cremes must not be popular; and they also must not have been quality... checked in awhile. If you look closely at my photo here you can see some mold on the inside. These things can happen. I'm notoutraged or anything. I just feel a little sick and wish I would have not ordered these. I used to work at a mcdonalds and Iknow there are many quality checks and safety procedures in place. But whether or not the employees follow them can be prettyinconsistent. I ordered 2 Large fries without salt and they gave me a really stale and gross fries which is obviously a cooked salted fries... that has been dropped to the fryer again to remove the salt. Totally unacceptable. This location doesn't even deserved 1 star atall. Read more
9/10 times we order we?re getting old dry food. Like let?s not let food sit forever and then serve it. I?ve worked for... McDonald?s before , there?s food safe , proper timeframes they?re supposed to follow and clearly don?t . Who wants to pay forgross food that they won?t even refund . Read more
