worst mcdonald?s i?ve ever been to smh. i can?t even mange to finish my food
Ordered big Mac yesterday. Came home to some chicken. Tried to call but no response so went back with the wrong sandwich. It's... been a regular problem at this restaurant about wrong orders or missing items. Quality control is poor. Staff appear to be poorly trained. When we went back the cashier had to ask manager what to do. The manager told him to replace the sandwich. Thisis something that anyone with common sense would have done without consulting a manager. Then the replacement wasn't good. Thenext sandwich was not hot. Better to buy elsewhere. Its not worth the repeat visits to get a simple order. If you continue touse this please be sure to check meal order before you leave. No bill attached to order either. It really feels as if the staffare MIA. Read more
