Got ice cream birthday bonanza cake it was yum but too many gummies inside the cake.
I will never be coming back to this marble slab location. I?m not one to complain but I often go to marble slab and have never... had a problem before. This was my first time at this location. I always get the same order which is a small with two flavoursmixed in. First of all I asked for two flavours and was told for smalls I can only get one flavour which is not true as I havealways got a small with two flavours at every other location. They persisted to tell me that I can only have one flavour andcompletely ignored my concern. On top of that the ice cream was runny which I have never experienced at marble slab before.Maybe the freezer was not working well I'm not sure. Great ice cream, but it was very rude when she told my daughter: hurry up cause it?s going to melt while choosing topings
I get that ice cream is susceptible to melting but this was just ridiculous. Ice cream was in my hand for a second and it had... already turned to liquid before I even paid for it. Not worth it for the price either. Read more

Horrible customer service. Employee (old lady) is extremely rude. My husband and I always get marble slab , I never had any... issue with other locations, It?s always at this location. I ordered 1 large ice-cream mango and cotton candy scoop and Irequested lady to put the second scoop in any separate cup and I?ll pay the extra charge. She give me weird look, slammed thecup asked me to put it MYSELF. Even after charging for that empty kids cup. If you don?t know how to be nice to people customerservice is not the best place for you . We are paying for it ,not getting anything in donations. So better Stop beingRUDEEE!!!! It was lovely. My daughter and I went for a treat. I had a regular tiger tiger and bubblegum ice cream with marshmallows,... nerds and sprinkles.......delicious! The staff were very friendly! I didn't even know we had a Marble Slab there until about aweek or so ago when we went to visit their neighbor. Read more
