Gross, avoid this place. Firstly, the ice cream I had just tasted bad. The chocolate mix-ins I got were stale and waxy tasting,... disgusting. The ice cream base I chose had an undeniable artificial flavour to it and was so subpar especially at nearly $7 fora cone. The person making the ice cream was not wearing a mask (we both were while being in the store). The tables inside weredirty and unwiped, and there were no measures taken to sanitize the debit machine before/after each customer use. There are somany amazing local ice cream shoppes in the city, I'd recommend giving your business to them instead of this quality-lackingchain. Read more
I absolutely LOVE Marble Slab as an Ice Cream store but THIS LOCATION is a NO GO. Went in at 9:50 pm (10 minutes before closing)... and got denied for an ice cream. If you guys turn off your slab 15 minutes before closing then put the closing time as thatbecause the staff(Juliet in my case) clearly denies to serve saying that it?s just a few minutes to closing and the slab is offso we are not taking any orders. YOU CAN PICK A PLAIN ICE CREAM IN A CUP IF YOU WANT then wouldn?t I have went into a walmartand bought it?? I love adding the toppings and visit the one in south common almost every weekend with my family. Neverreturning here for business. Read more

The Ice cream was good, but it was too little for the price. I would have still given them a five star if that was all, but the... service was really bad. When we got there, no one was there at the counter, so we had to wait for the server to decide to cometo the counter. She didn't even greet us, so we went ahead and ordered. She looked very unhappy with her job and did not evenask if we had any other orders, which we had. Anyways, we got a milkshake and an ice-cream cone and when we asked for a secondcup for the milkshake as the cup was sticky, she hesitated for almost a minute before giving us another cup, while we wereexplaining why we need a second one. Service was slow, when we got there one employee was helping a customer and the other was just standing there, there was two of... us and two other customers behind us. When the employee who was helping the first customer came over to serve us. Then theemployee just standing around help the people behind us, so I don?t understand why we had to wait. My mum ordered the raspberrycheesecake cone and it had like 2 whole berries in it, and it was pretty much completely melted when they handed it to her. Itwas liquid, she practically had to drink it out of the cone. I understand that ice cream melts but for $7 per cone it should besomewhat solid when it gets passed to the customer.
