Staffs here was great, and very accomodating especially at Fridays evening. I always buy my ice cream at this store especially... that they have lots of types of flavor and unlimited toppings. I crave the ice cream here primarily because of the unlimited toppings. The ice cream is good quality, but I wish they had more... unique flavours. I would get two scoops of the same flavour since they do mix it with the toppings. I like the location sinceyou can eat on a park bench in summer. Read more

I?m going to start by saying I am 9 months pregnant and have been craving a specific type of ice cream, that only comes out in... the summer, for the entire 9 months? so when I ordered two litres of it, I apologized because it was busy and I could tell theywere working hard. The first two women who helped me were very friendly and fast! Though it was mixed so fast, the mixins in the litres weren?t well combined, I can understand that though, since there was quite the line up for that time of night. When wegot to the till, the woman working it was just plain rude with a mega attitude. She wouldn?t sell me to-go cones because ?theywere out of bags? meanwhile they had just put my ice cream pints in a bag? they clearly weren?t out. She also told me they wereno longer doing loyalty points on the app. I can?t find anything about this online, my app had a code to use? Just rudedemeanour and really seemed like she hated her job and or people in general? On top of that?. They don?t clean off the slabbetween customers, so you get a mix of random flavours in your overpriced ice cream. My partner got peanut butter and it didn?ttaste like peanut butter because of all of the different flavours from other customers. I saw them mix coffee ice cream on topof grape ice cream? The ice cream is great. But when I went there, there was only one girl working. A kind Filipina. I don't know. The line up was... pretty bad, but there really should be more staff helping her out, especially on hot days, she was so busy but she still managedto keep a smile on her face with great customer service. I don't know how much she gets paid, but it shld be more. Read more
I came here with my friends a couple of days ago to get an end of the night treat. The ice cream was a little pricey for the... portion size but ultimately worth it for how tasty it was. The girls helping us were friendly, efficient and made the experienceworth while. My only problem was that I overheard some of the workers talking about how they only receive a 15 minute break whenworking 5+ hours. As someone who has worked a food service and retail for the last 8 years, I know that this unethical andillegal according to Alberta law. Although we had a splendid experience hearing this really soured the mood for my friends andI. It?s 2022 and mangers are still taking advantage of workers. I will be contacting management. Read more
I am a regular customer of this location and I went to the store just now and I got the HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER. I saw at the door... about the promotion and I asked a Filipino lady how long does promotion last and she said "read" with an angry face. During thecheck out, I told her about SPC discount and my phone number for the points. I told me that they do not take a phone numberanymore and I asked her since when because I did it last week and she was mad again and gave me that angry look said "I don'tknow. We just don't take it" and she didn't apply my SPC discount and I mentioned that she forgot about it. She asked my ID andas soon as I showed her she was like "what school is that" when it clearly shows my school name and it is the biggest universityin this province. I told her it is for UofA and she said "I just asked, being a human and have a attitude dude". DO I LOOK LIKEAN ANIMAL TO HER? I forgave her for everything she did today but at the end she said that? IT IS HORRIBLE THAT YOU GUYS HIREDHER AND IM SO REGRETED ABOUT THE MONEY I SPENT AT THIS LOCATION SO FAR. FIRE HER AND YOU GUYS BETTER TO COMPENSATE ME.
