I went to this location yesterday and asked for a Banana Nutella ice cream and wanted to mix waffle pieces, graham crackers and... almonds in it. The lady making my order put in walnuts instead. When I asked her did you put almonds in my ice cream? She goesyes, it?s almonds. And then I asked are you sure, she glanced at the jar and goes oh I?ll make you another one. It was closingtime so I let it be. But I don?t think I?m going back again to this location. Nothing against the employee, mistakes happen -but it just wasn?t fair to tell me it was almonds when it wasn?t actually almonds she put into my ice cream! Read more
Ordered some ice cream through Door Dash. The store didn?t have the kind that my husband wanted, so they called to let us know... and gave us a chance to pick something else and call them back. I appreciated that! Read more
Front staff was wonderful, and the ice cream was delicious. What really put me off, however, was when one of the front staff... went to the back to ask the manager a question, and the manager came up front and in a very angry tone told the worker "Do notwaste my time". Maybe the manager should learn to be patient with his workers that have questions, as this is an unacceptableway to treat your employees. Read more
Not even close to worth the money! The ice cream is most likely cheap commercial grade artificially flavored cream. Save money.... The only thing is the candy toppings and waffle products which you can buy cheaper and dump your ice cream into on your own.Staff also lack any positive vibes almost like they are prisoners serving you. The quality of ice cream at Marble slab IMO is very poor. Very overpriced and not very good to eat. People are persuaded by... the unlimited candy available to block out the taste of the poor quality ice cream. Read more
I wish I could give them a zero. Was served ice cream soup. I asked to speak to a manager and they never returned my call. The... next day I called again. The first couple times no one answered. Eventually someone did pick up the phone and left it on thecounter without saying a word. I thought this was an accident I called again a half hour later and the staff did the exact samething. Worst customer service. Will NOT be returning. Read more
