OMG!!!! Best ice cream ever! Different cones, delicious ice cream, unlimited toppings! We all loved it!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Marble slab at this location, according to Google, closes at 10:30... pm. We got to the location at 10 pm and the two employees were already closing up shop when we went to choose our ice creamflavours. Then one of the employees asked, ?can you please hurry up?? She seems very rushed to get off her shift but it was 30min before they were supposed to close. She told us that the toppings could not be mixed in because of the slab being turned offalready. She tried to put gummy bears on top of my ice cream & 3 to 4 gummy bears fell onto the counter. They just slapped ontwo big chunks of cookie dough on top of my ice cream without mixing it in and still had a bad attitude while serving us. don?tever go to this location!!! Read more

Very bad costumer service and professionalism. The cake was good though hence the one star. I had ordered a birthday cake... from this location because they deliver to the water park in west Edmonton mall. Talked to the water park employees and was toldwhere it would be delivered etc. it all seemed very simple and easy. 2pm I am waiting at guest services and I get a call thatthe guy is down below at the entrance ( mind you I am in my bikini). So I travel all the way through the locker rooms to theentrance in my bathing suit the guy says my name and I say yes and gives me the cake and leaves right away. I realize it?s thewrong cake but he is gone already so I try calling him no answer. So I call the location tell them they gave me the wrong cake.I was told ? oh we have 2 cakes the same size?. So whatever I?m waiting at the entrance about 15 minutes with the wrong cakevery uncomfortable in my bathing suit. Receive another call this time a girl with my cake above at guest services. I tell herthat I am downstairs at the entrance as I have this other cake ( it?s not just a typical cake, it?s a big slab cake) she tellsme she physically cannot come meet me so I am very mad at this point and take this wrong cake through the locker rooms/ showersall the way into the water park and when I meet her she gives me my cake and I asked for the receipt she says she did not bringit. By far the worst service I have ever had. If it was not an ice cream cake and my sister holding everyone back in the roomI would not have just left it, but I cannot explain just how extremely disappointing it was dealing with this. Save yourselfthe hassle and do not order a cake from this location. Waste of time going to this Marble Slab; you can only bring cash to pay with and the server today was probably 14-15 years old.... Had never heard of Pistachio Ice Cream. Wondered what was in it? Probably trying to get as much cash out before closing thedoors. Read more

Ice cream ???? mixed your way. Select your favourite ice cream ???? and then a ice cream mixer will add in any ingredients in... that you like. Once done then you can eat your ice cream ???? in a cup or a cone. My experience was good ????. My mixer waspolite and helpful. Read more
