Small and out of the way little place with seriously good food. Some of the best Thai I have ever had. Small menu but it's hard... to miss or choose wrong. It's all explosively tasty. The first time I went I had the salmon. The first bite was a feast offlavour and went on from there. It was beautiful. The green curry was also excellent. The food is a bit pricey but well worthit. Just don't order tea. For a meagre small pot of jasmine tea, which is a few leafs and water, they charged me $8, the sameprice as a foreign beer. That was outrageous!! Read more

Just went to the lift eatery to pick up some take away, bill was $40 for two meals and they're half the size they should be,... then they prompt you to tip minimum 15% on the debit machine, we wanted rice with a dish and paid extra, instead of giving usthe dish and rice extra on the side we got half the dish and half rice in a small container, this food better taste good andcome with a blowy for that cost. Won't be going back. Update, definitely the worst pad Thai I've had. Read more

We ordered the crying tiger which is a triple A Alberta striploin beef. Ordered medium rare. My steak came fully cooked through.... The taste was terrible. It tasted like the steak that comes out of a microwavable tv dinner. Was not happy. The service wasgood, but didnt complain about food. Not sure if it was bc the cook was new or what, but the 2 steaks we ordered were both notgreat tasting or looking. Read more

Should’ve Just Gone to Thai Express Had high hopes after seeing the good ratings. Was expecting some high quality Thai food.... The staff were polite but didn’t check on me after the food was served - no napkins or water refills. The coconut rice was fartoo sweet to my taste - I want it to taste as if real coconut has been added, not some sort of sugar coconut flavored syrup. Thered curry wasn’t spicy and had a few millimeters of some kind of fat or oil floating on the top. Very greasy - not a nicemouth feel. Ended up feeling sick from the grease. Taste was just okay. Half way through eating noticed a dark hair in mycurry. Decided it didn’t seem like a place to bother complaining (which I see I was right based off another review). Paid andleft. For the quality I’d have been better off at Thai Express. I’ll be sticking to Siam and Symphay from now on for greatThai. Read more
