Great atmosphere and decent pizza. The Local has a good ambience for an evening cocktail. Their dining area is spacious, with a... fireplace at the entrance to warm you up on those chilly evenings. The pizza was decent. It was a crispy wood-fired pizzasatisfactory for a bar experience. The waitress and friends told me that the pizza here was amazing. I personally wouldn't usethe word amazing, but I will say it was good. The service was relatively slow when I was here, but the staff were very politeand helpful. I will definitely return. Read more

Local is always a good experience! I had a good time here. The waitress is really friendly and helped make the night a lot of... fun. The beer was great! That's very important. And the food was good. Went here for a work lunch. Reserving and preordering was very easy. Staff was very accommodating. We sat on the patio and ... didn't feel like we were on Jasper Avenue at all. It was very private and well decorated. The food was delicious and portionswere generous for the price we paid and many took leftovers back to the office. The atmosphere is upbeat.
