Everything good, good taste, good waiter. Especially the Chinese girl with long hair, friendly and nice. I got the meat with... little bit raw, and I ask her for help. Then I have the new beautiful grill meat again. And she also offer refund for the onethat raw. How come someones complained about the food and serve. I love this place! Better try better come. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the absolute worst restaurant filled with ignorant staff, boss, and managers. All the... recent 5 star reviews are only posted because there was a chain of 1 star reviews (scroll down and you?ll see them). Those arethe accurate reviews supported by the thumbs ups. I had a very unpleasant experience visiting this restaurant a few days ago. Ihave been to Lets Grill a few times before in the past, and the food was good, but after this experience, I will not bereturning anymore. They served some of the food to us raw, and when we kindly asked them to check if the food was raw and ifthere are any accommodations that could be made, the server (a tall Chinese female with long hair) just told us that it was nother that made the food, so she can't do anything about it. She was very ignorant towards us and approached us in a veryunfriendly manner, as if the raw food was our fault. After dining, we realized a day later that they overcharged our bill aswell. When we tried to tell them to refund the overcharged bill to us, the manager of the store told us that they were unable togive us the money back right away because she "don't have the right to", and directed us to the boss. After speaking with theboss, he told us that it was "only 20 dollars", and he will get back to us ASAP. It has been over 24 hours since contacting himand there is still no refund made.
