Overall really nice and pretty authentic. We tried the cucumber salad, tofu noodle salad, and the kelp salad. All three salads... were delicious and very authentic. We also had the spicy chicken which tasted good but none of us liked that it was served cold.We know that it's supposed to be cold but would definitely taste better if served hot. For the noodles we had the pork andsoybean one of them with the round noodles and another with the flat noodles. The flat noodles are definitely much better sincewe found the round ones a bit too crunchy. The pork meat sauce was actually very good but there's simply not enough of itcompared to Noodle Feast and Tang Bistro. If they had a larger portion of it I think it would be 5 star but the lack of the meatsauce brings it down. We also had the beef noodle soup which was good. The broth was quite nice and the same as before the flatnoodles were much better. We almost didn't get to try them since the waitress said they were too busy to give the flat noodlesbut she checked with the kitchen and they said ok so it's worth noting that you might not be able to get them. I had the house special beef noodle soup, very filling with fantastic noodles! The rest of the meal was good, but not great.... Very polite servers and cozy atmosphere. Read more

The broth was very good from my husband’s beef noodle soup. My was a bit watery- I switch their regular noodle to the flat... noodle. I like the flat noodle in general, but I wish I didn’t switch the noodles. I think my flat noodles might have carrythe extra water to my soup so it’s a bit watery and lost a bit flavour. The noodles from my husband’s bowl were very good aswell. Read more

I really like my food, the hand pulled noodles tasted amazing, you can even watch the cook make the noodles from scratch.... ???? I'd come here again to try the dry noodle bowl my wife had. Read more

Lan signature beef noodle with spicy chili oil was delicious! Tasty broth and good portions. Homemade noodles are hard to beat.... They would have been perfect if there were a few more vegetables in the soup, but it was much enjoyed Read more

Lan Noodle makes beautiful bowls of savoury soup using fresh noodles that you can watch a chef make by hand through a window... into the kitchen. Great spot for lunch or dinner. I've tried both vegan soup options. The sesame paste noodle is very rich andfilling, while the spring onion oil is much more green and oily. I definitely recommend the handmade noodle with spring onionoil. There're also a few vegetarian appetizers, though they don't have the same little green heart that indicates vegan soups. Read more

Went in here as we seen the fella spinning the noodles through the window. Yes, they make their own noodles fresh to order. I... ordered the Curry soup and my wife ordered the house soup. The beef in the house soup was absolutely delicious and fall apart inthe mouth. The broth in both was delicious and got better with every single bite. We both agreed the curry broth was a bitbetter overall though. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Asian fare and soups. Read more

Decent spot for noodles. Servers are all very friendly. I had their dry noodles with beef sauce for myself and it was good. It... had a good amount of meat and not too much oil. I highly recommend their beef roll, it tastes like Peking duck and was probablythe highlight of the meal. Overall everything was good, but not amazing imo. I'd come back time to time and maybe try someother things out. Read more
