Well bathroom is always locked, the food wait has always been over 30 mins I don't know how they never have enough cooked. Not sure what the problem is with this location but don't waste your time going here. The following part is copied and pasted... from my review 3 years ago, the last time I tried these guys (see further down for today's adventure): Poor service, after the3rd person that could not understand that I was asking a question, (english is not their first language), they then told me 25min wait for extra crispy?!?! Don't advertise it if you can't provide it! Or advertise to pre order it!! Waste of my timegetting there and trying to get them to understand, frustrating, I left without ordering. This is from today: "Can I get a 3piece meal?" "Oh it's going to be 20 mins for chicken". Seriously?? Bahaha, you're kidding right? For regular chicken? Yes,regular chicken. A guy said because "we're closing". Then some woman sounded panicky said no no, it'll be 15 mins, and againcould barely understand them. minimum 20 minute wait. Order is often wrong. Skip drivers get food before you. Chicken is often extra greasy. Convenient... location so I've tried a few times hoping it was one off experiences but too consistent. Read more
Placed my order in the drive-thru and was told it'd be a 15 minute wait. No problem. I was willing to wait. 30 minutes later, no... food yet. Going on 40 minutes I walked in there and demanded our money back. This isn't the first time I've had problems at thislocation. And I saw another person walk out right after I did. This store is not complying with the health standards! 1. The staff are not using gloves when preparing foods. 2. They are keep... on touching their masks when preparing food infront of the customers. 3. When they do the front counter area to take momey theygo directly to the preparation area without even washing their hands or puting gloves. 4. When they are from outside the storeto give the order to the waiting customers they go directly to prepare food. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Being that it?s my second time in 9 months having unfavourable experiences... at this location, there won?t be a third. At first the customer service wasn?t the greatest, then I waited 14 mins for oneitem. It?s kind of hard to tell, but for reference it was the Chicken Bowl. The food looked very off putting, was cool, had 3pieces (instead of 10) popcorn chicken, did not have corn, and the gravy was tasteless. Following that unfortunate dinnerexperience, I attended the KFC off 178 ST & 100 AVE (Edmonton) and was able to enjoy a meal that not only looked great, butactually tasted great. The photos show the comparison between the two orders I had at the two locations. While I was trulydisgusted by the meal, upon returning it, I was granted a refund. Read more
It's Cyber Monday and there is this 50% discount on everything. We got the bucket meal for $30 with chicken, tenders, and... popcorn chicken, fries, coleslaw in it. Although I believe that our homemade fried chicken and coleslaw are better but that's mebeing bias. Anyway, because everyone in town heard of this deal, they rushed to KFC locations offering the discount. Whilewaiting for our online order, there was this old dude who wouldn't shut up and was on the phone talking to Customer Servicebecause he ordered online and paid full price and now he wanted his money back. The store was not prepared for the influx ofcustomers coming in and we have to wait for an hour for our order. Read more
On Saturday, December 3rd, we bought a 14 piece bucket of chicken from this restaurant. The chicken was the worst KFC I?ve ever... had. Awful! The flavour was NOT KFC. It tasted like they used their own flavour mix. The chicken was cooked in OLD OLD, REUSEDFAT that left an after taste ???? that would not go away and I only tasted a drumstick. It will be a long time before I will tryKFC again and I will Never Go to this location again. This restaurant should be checked by the KFC food company, they are doingsomething wrong. The entire bucket of chicken went into the garbage and even the garbage rejected it. Read more
