Terrible. I called in an hour before I wanted to order. I wanted to see of they could mak3 me a batch of extra crisp. They... could not. So, I went to go order at the drive through. I ordered a famous chicken sandwich box through the drive thru window today. When I got home and opened my box of food and seen... there were no fries with my order. So I called the location and asked if I was supposed to get fries because I hadn?t gotten anyin my box meal.I was told that I did get fries and they remembered putting them in. I think they forgot the herb and spice packet in..no flavour .it's what KFC is known for. The gravy is watered down. I think the owners are so cheap that they water down the gravy instead of making a fresh batch with... the proper measurements to save money . This place is terrible. Zero stars. The chicken we received was soggy, over-fried and extremely greasy compared to other... locations. Looks like leftover, re-warmed chicken from their lunch hour. Not the first time the food was horrible - should havetaken the hint. Staff person on the phone was also rude when I called. She also said they had no chicken since 3pm. I went here because they changed this to the plant based KFC and my wife is a vegetarian. The menu only has a burger and popcorn... chicken in plant based. And you only find that out while you progress to the second menu in the drive through. The other kickeris the gravy isn't vegetarian and the wait is not worth the 3 option vegetarian menu. I really hope they start to sell the plantbased chicken and gravy so my wife can try it out. Read more
The chicken was this wierd brown color I have never seen before from any KFC in my entire life. I'm sure the franchise would be... pulled by KFC if they seen this. They do not change their deep fryer oil. Been going here a long time but that's it once theyserved me this PAGPAG slop. Read more
