Been here a couple times, for both KFC and taco bell. As others have stated, staff couldn't care less, food is often cold/out of... stock, and portions are a joke for what you're charged. Last time at KFC, I received 7 pieces of popcorn chicken in a big boxmeal. 7 popcorn chicken is apparently a "single order" to them. Last taco bell trip, I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with friessupreme. I couldn't see any "beef" on my fries supreme and when I asked, they said "We're almost out of beef, so we have to makeit last..." What the actual hell? When a taco and chicken place runs out of beef and chicken, that's a sign. Never been backafter the taco bell incident. Better off at mcdicks across the parking lot. Read more
Workers at daytime of Nov 10 needs more costumer service training. It started out as a bad experience the moment we inquired... what to order. They are not friendly at all. I have to keep my cool and came out to relax but the staff just ruined it. I don?t know about the every day service but today the employees were very slow with taking & making orders. By the time I got... my food it was not warm, the fries had obviously been sitting out for some time prior to being bagged. The food is definitelynot worth the +21$ I paid. Better luck at McDonald?s! Zero customer service! Ordered after I finished my appointment with the doctor next door asked for my order to be eat in so I... can make sure I have decent hot meal! Just bought food through drive thru. The buttermilk biscuit tastes awful! They either gave me moldy food or they need to change... their oil but it definitely tastes moldy to me and to my whole family who took a bite of it. The chicken, fries and the popcornchicken that I bought together with the biscuits all taste fine so it's just the moldy-tasting biscuit. I can't believe you guyswould be selling these! Regular customer here and the service is a bit hit or miss. Food quality can vary but it's been adequate for a KenTaco. If... anyone expects 5 star service and quality from a KFC or Taco Bell in any location on Earth must have been living under a rock.It's practically scientific fact that the food here is barely fit for human consumption and that's ok. Sometimes your bowelsjust need a hard reset to keep things moving smoothly. This last visit was to finally try their "Famous Chicken Sandwich". Notsure where famous came from, when I think of an iconic KFC sandwich the "Snackwich" comes to mind. Anyways, I've seen more thana ton of horrible reviews and had been really hesitant to eat one. Then the 2 famous sandwiches and fries promo for $10 startedand I figured to take the leap. Since I was brave enough to eat a chicken sandwich from 7/11 for $6, two KFC sandwiches for $10is a steal. I ordered this combo with an added gravy to make the fries somewhat palatable which was a mistake. Gravy was voidof any flavour and literally tasted like brown paste. Oh well, the sandwiches are the focus and they tasted better than Ithought they would. I forgot to mention to the staff that I was wanting the spicy mayo but they surprised me by adding a fewtacobell salsa packets in the bag for me which improved on the overall flavour. Chicken breast wasnt overly battered and wasmoist and substantial. It wasn't hot out of the fryer and had above room temperature and may have been sitting under a lamp forawhile. Taste was average and nothing to be famous for but at $10 for 2 sandwiches who cares. Slightly better than 7/11 overallbut 7/11 has a much superior spicy mayo. The worst fast food experience ever. Will never go back. Tried to spend $60 plus dollars on food and was denied. All because... they didn't have any popcorn chicken and would not substitute for anything. Ended up with getting a $100 of pizza instead. Toldall friends that were waiting on food. This location is now boycotted. I can understand why they have such a low Google starrating. They should just close the doors and close down shop..... Read more
