The last few times we went through this drive thru, the staff absolutely wouldn't listen. I've gone in in person a couple of... times, but got tired of standing waiting to be served - their focus was on drive thru customers. The last time we drove throughwas THE last time we will go to this location. For about 20 minutes, we tried repeatedly to get fries, gravy, and chicken.Enough for 2 to 3 people. Plus an order of chicken strips. Staff just wouldn't listen, and the line behind us was so long,people started honking, we were so cooked in the heat and frustrated we finally accepted a supervisor or ? not sorting out theissue at all, and left. The supervisor or ? wouldn't take the wrong order back a third time before we drove off, so we ended upwith two small orders of cold fries, two lukewarm gravies (both less than half full), and two orders of 3 cold pieces ofchicken. And cold chicken strips. The supervisor or manager seemed to think he was doing us a huge favour by giving us an extragravy (which was actually full, and hot). We didn't want or order two separate orders. We wanted one large fries, one large(full) gravy, and somewhere between 6-12 pieces of chicken. I'd like to add the chicken had hardly any coating or meat on it,and there was a thick layer of grease that had soaked through the newer, very flimsy paper "cardboard" take out boxes. Also, thewing, drumstick, and rib combo for the "3 pieces of chicken" offers very little actual meat and it costs you extra for a keel(breast). And the prices have gone up. You DEFINITELY don't get what you pay for at this location, and life's too short to tryto deal with staff who time after time just won't listen to customer orders and instead mess it up so it costs the customer moremoney. This is what I got for $37 today! I asked for all white meat. I ordered a 6 piece chicken and it came with 2 sides (fries and... coleslaw). I paid extra for a small gravy. The worst part of this was they gave me ?extra small? pieces of chicken. Yes, theseare chicken breasts and ribs that I paid extra money for! Not surprisingly, the chicken was so dry. This KFC store does notcare about the quality of their food at all. They should be ashamed to be serving this for the money they are charging. And ofcourse you don?t see it until you get home. Kfc and taco-bell is mouthwatering and delicious. Just thinking of it makes me crave it. Best Food. Whenever I crave to eat... something I go there.Excellent customer service & great team. No manager on site at all no service while standing inline indoors told to use drive thru at 1:30pm on a Wednesday while there... was 3 people eating at tables already inside.....what is that......never again will I go to this location!!! This place is so bad this is 3rd time I got Beef instead of Bean. I always confirm before I place order and even at window while... I pay. It hurts my religious values. Last time I didn?t reacted as I consider human can make mistakes but not every time. Forvegan and vegetarian people this location is not good. ????????????????????
