So after an 11 hour day, haven’t eaten all day I order, and they of course mess up my order… I ordered a three piece chicken... meal and asked for the year large box of fries instead, a small gravy and a large macaroni salad. I wait 10 minutes for theorder and I get handed a three piece chicken meal baby fries in the box, and a small gravy. I told them that they messed up myorder and told them I wanted my fries upgraded. They then proceed to argue with me about it, ???? I told them just to upgrademy fries multiple times in this few minute interaction, I just want a large box of fries. They then made me wait another 10minutes because apparently they didn’t have any more fries ready so I had to wait for them to cook them. After I get my orderI leave, stupidly not triple checking, and when I got home, Again it was a simple three piece chicken meal and a large macaronisalad and small gravy… so basically I waited for them to cook more fries and just simply replace the ones they already gavegave me???? too top it all off, they also made the guy after me wait for 10 mins after he already paid… to then tell him theywere out of what he ordered. And LASTLY, the NEXT customer after him stood at the counter for about 5 mins while literally morethan four employees walked by her chitchatting and ignored her where she then had to ask “is somebody going to ask me if Ineed help?”…… probably the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Horrible KFC. I see why I usually shop Popeye's. Ordered mighty bucket for 1. Food was lukewarm, seriously, almost room... temperature and I like under 3 min from the KFC by car. As well, they did not give us either of the 2 dips, and they were SLOW.Sat waiting for the lukewarm, clearly NOT freshly prepared chicken for 10 min. Very disappointing. Won't be going back to KFC. I ordered the mighty bucket for one and a large mountain Dew Baja blast. As I was having my meal, I noticed the chicken tenders... were dark brown and extremely crunchy but also dry. So I move into the chicken thigh to find a unusual smell. I noticed that thethigh was somewhat pink and slimy. Then I took a sip of my drink to find that the taste was watery without sweetness. I put backthis disgusting mess back into its coffin of shame to return it back from whence it came. I was greeted by the manager whoresponded with, the chicken if freshly cooked daily. I requested that she takes a whiff of the food I nearly ate, to have herrepeat her line of "freshly-cooked". The manager responds, what you want to do because that all the chicken is similar to what Inearly had. I agreed to popcorn chicken and a drink. My take is KFC is under managed, plus their chicken is not edible even foryour pet.., I truly am chemically modified and challenged! Read more
Never ever ever order Uber here. Got me waited for 15mins and they are so slow. They are a mess. Worst kfc in the world world.... Rating should be .0 am not recommending this place. I rather drive an hour than come here in 5mins. They do not care about usdelivery drivers. Lost 23 bucks in 15mins. Read more

I would , So I ordered wings and a 4 peace’s meal only dark meat he... says to me , The hot wings are as hard as rocks ,but I was starving and ate some halfway through I “chipped my tooth” , andhonestly every time I go to this location the food is gross , also they didn’t have gravy made and we had to wait 8 minutesfor that lol. and all they do is yap in the back like there on vacation , slow service , rude tone of voice at the drive throughspeaker , they don’t care about quality food or quality service. Oh man that chicken was so gross. I am usually a fan of KFC, this was probably worst kfc experience. The cooking oil has not... been changed for the longest time, and this 8 piece bucket of chicken was the tiniest pieces of chicken and just nasty darkgrease, I ate one piece and feel sick. Next time I'll definitely stick to Mary browns, very disappointed. Read more
I was charged about $21.00 for 3 pc. Chicken, LG fries and medium drink. That seems way too expensive and didn’t seem to line... up with when I ordered it in the past. Please become more familiar with pricing so you don’t overcharge people. Read more
