Ordered off the app so I could just walk in and get my order, they couldn't even find my order and then I had to show them it so... they could make it for me. Had to sit in store for 10 minutes waiting for my food. Not mad that it was cooked fresh, justdisappointed cause that defeats the whole purpose of me ordering ahead if I still have to wait and re order when I get here.Waste of time. Read more
Went in to pick up a mobile order I had ordered 15 minutes prior. Order said it was ready so I came and it was not ready at all,... they had only started cooking it once id told them about it. I wait 20 minuets and watch 4 other customers be served and recievetheir meals before my food was ready. They lady just handed me the food and didnt apologize or say nothing. Icing on the cake Iget home and Im missing items from my order. With a 2.7 star review I dont even know why I bothered with this place but justknow that you'll be dissapointed Read more
Spend 30 minutes trying to get online order to work, ended up going to the store. When sat down to eat at home with family 2 of... 4 individual fries missing. Chicken pieces smaller, less meat more bones. Will think twice before ordering next time. Read more
There peaces of chicken were small.. I ordered a 10 peace and I feels like it was a 5 peace. I'm sure it's like that with all... kfc there getting cheap on the chicken. I think I will try marry browns to see if there chicken peaces are bigger. Read more
Ok...wow. Went here tonight and ordered the Ultimate Chicken Box Meal. The fries were extremely stale, there were a total of 7... pieces of popcorn chicken, the tender tasted like cleaner and the sandwich had this Grey look, tasted burnt and gross andnothing like it was supposed to. I've ordered before realizing it was closing soon (30 mins), and the size and quality of the ten piece bucket was... questionable. This was my go to location in the Westend and will avoid ordering from here again. Read more
