Went in on a slow Sunday. Ordered a pint. Went outside to enjoy last days of summer. Noticed my glass had some sort of dirt... maybe a tomato seed on the outside. Thought ewe. But drank it. as for the most part the glass looked alright. Could have beencleaner is all. The great waitress came outside to ask if i would like another one. I said sure. But may you just make surethe glass is clean this time. O she says. Alright. She comes back to deliver my beer. And says to my delight ?this one is onthe house? wow. I was so thankful. Never asked for it. But i love when bartenders the lady are keen to know men love their beerpoured in a clean glass and she made my day for sure. Thank you so very much. Read more
Stopped in for lunch and had the meatloaf which to my surprise came in burger form with a cup of melted cheese to pour on it. It... was absolutely delicious! Atmosphere was typical pub, nice wait staff. Expected a little more variety of craft beers though. Read more
After two weeks in Edmonton and trips to a bunch of local pubs and restaurants, Kelly?s Pub is hand down my favorite. It was a... really busy night with the Eagles concert down the street. That said, the service was absolutely phenomenal. The atmosphere wasjust as good, everyone was super friendly. Good drinks, great conversations, and excellent food. If your in downtown Edmonton Ihighly recommend a visit to Kelly?s Pub. Read more
My friends and I went to this patio with our dogs. We originally called asking if they were pet friendly they said yes when we... approached the door with our dogs we were rudely snapped at told we couldn?t bring ?that? in there. I explained we called andshe said only on the patio and if it rains I won?t be serving you with an attitude. We went to another pet friendly patio andit?s an hour later still with no rain. She didn?t make it feel like a welcoming place. We sat down and then she told us thespecials and walked away without taking drink orders and didn?t return within 10 minutes in which we ended up leaving. Was not agreat experience. Read more
We sat at the bar even though it was a lovely 30C on their patio. Staff were very accommodating and put on the football game we... all wanted to watch. Their nachos were great, sorry, I can't speak to their other food offerings. They do have a great menu.Maybe next time. If you are looking for a really good pub, look no further. Enjoy. Parking is available on the street, howeverit is in a busy area, so you may have challenges. Check out the hours you have to pay. I've seen the parking police frequent thearea quite often. Read more
We traveled from Toronto to Edmonton for the Mexico vs Canada soccer game. We stayed at the Hotel around the corner from the pub... and the first night (Saturday) we went to Kelly's for a brew, such an exquisite service, delicious food, cold beer and warmambiance inside. We went back every time we could in our 5 day stay, I brought fiends that I have not seen over 30 years thatlive in Edmonton that never has been there and we all LOVED IT. 100% best place in Edmonton for a cold beer and something toeat....we met the owner, Kelly and she was Fantastic, she treated us like family, she even invited me to go see the EdmontonOilers game on Thursday night but unfortunately I couldn't as I was leaving Edmonton that day. Love the service, love the food,love the people and specially LOVE the OWNER.....she has something special going in this place that made me feel at home...!!!! Read more
I don?t usually like giving few stars. We enjoyed their nice patio while watching a basketball game. Service was nice and good.... However, even though I was looking forward to my virgin raspberry mojito, i was disappointed by it. Felt more like a soda withbits of raspberry in it. Didn?t taste like a mojito at all. I couldn?t taste the lime or mint. We were also disappointed in theburger sliders. The meat was very dry. It?s hard to tell just by looking which burger had which sauce. Was staying downtown and stopped here for a bite and a few drinks. Food was excellent. Great selection and pretty good. Nice,... varied drink menu. Liked it so much we went back again the next night. We're there Friday and Saturday night and both werereally busy. Plan accordingly. Read more
