Went on a Saturday at 7 p.m. for dinner with my two teen kids. We found a seat no problem. It was kind of busy so we waited a... few minutes for a waitress. Knowing how she was busy, when she came we gave our drink and food orders immediately. 15 minuteslater and no sign of our waitress or our drinks. 3 pops. I went to the bar and ordered them myself. 5 minutes later shebrought our drinks. I told her she could leave them, we would drink them no problem. Our appetizers came one at a time and about20 minutes later our dinners came. All 3 orders were wrong. Our waitress never came by to check how our meals were, she neverbrought condiments or even stopped by for anything. Maybe a bad night but I'll never go back again. Read more
Just went for a quick drink while I waited for my friend for shopping, so I didn’t order any food. But the service from the... bartender was okay. He wasn’t social at all, not that warm and welcoming, but made a good cranberry mimosa. Was expecting somemusic, but it was just talking cause it was some bingo game they had going on. The atmosphere was very tidy though. It wasn’tbusy at all. I’d like to go again to give it another shot. But I’m a five and five regular so maybe I was expecting it to bemore similar to there. I will definitely go again, just as a server myself, I like the staff to be more friendly. Read more
The Hudson has a good sized menu with many gluten free options, and the servers are very knowledgeable of their products (and... food allergies), especially our waitress heather. Will definitely be revisiting this establishment when we come back toEdmonton. Thank you for the wonderful evening. Read more
Atmosphere was good, louder then most but ok. My friends and I came here tonight, table of 3. It took quite a while to get... our drinks, not to bad. We all ordered, 2 orders of fish and chips and 1 order for a sandwich meal. The fish and chips arethe worst I've had, very soggy, coleslaw was warm not cold like it should be and fries were soft. Only reason I am giving a 3star is because after complaining about the fish they took it off the bill. We had to wait a good 30 minutes just for our bill, then our server walked away after giving myself the machine, and had to wait again so my friends could pay. None of us gave atip as she didn't deserve one. Read more
This location inside the WestEdmonton Mall on Bourbon Street is decent. The interior is covered in cozy stained wood. It’s... clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient on my visit. You can use the mall entrance as it’s directlyadjacent to the restaurant. It’s tucked away in the back corner of Bourbon street so you don’t get the noise from the mall.The restrooms are also very well kept. Read more
Service at the bar was OK! since we arrived around 10pm ish and left till they closed ! We ask for a song to the Dj, he... said,didn't have wifi but Hudsons has a free wifi so that means the Dj just didn't want to play the song! Since we wereprobably less than 10 people at this location I tho he probably would take requests. Overall service at the bar was lacking ! I had to ask every time for a drink. I won't be back I can get a pint of guinness somewhere else without that much attitude orarrogance from the staff. Read more

What a night and day experience. We first visited on Thursday night and returned Sunday afternoon. 4 of us Mom is veggie who... can't eat cheese, kid is picky AF. We had a good meal everyone enjoyed it and the server was fantastic. Note once the sports balstarted it was loud loud loud We returned on Sunday afternoon and it was like a completely different restaurant. Food wasterrible,server was the opposite of good. And my goodness it took forever in an empty restaurant to get our food. Although I doimagine it takes longer to get hot dishes that cold for service. Today was a zero star,we laughed it was so bad, but the firstvisit gets it a 2 star average. Read more
