We took our 2 year old to Hide & Seek and Treehouse to compare the two, and Hide & Seek was definitely the better of the two.... Large, spacious, much larger toddler area. Cleaner, more room to sit, quieter seating area. The dance room was a great place towind down when overstimulated. Overall, we will absolutely be frequenting Hide & Seek. Read more

We booked a party room/package, the good is that the kids had fun playing. I had to chase someone down to bring the jugs of... juice to our room as the kids were thirsty and the assistance as advertised was non existent. We were given game tokens but only3 games were working, the claw machines were 1/4 stocked with chips and tiny balls as prizes which was very disappointing andthe ticket redemption area only had a few items. We ended up having to spend an additional $20 just so the party kids could getitems from the toonie machines to make up for that disappointment. The ball cannons were broken. When our party time was up webrought our stuff including our leftover jugs down to the cafe ourselves. One child tried to mix their drink with some vendingpop and was scolded by a staff member..we paid $10 for an extra jug of pop and over $200 for the party! The owners really needto fix those vending machines and restock the prize area if tokens are being offered in party packages, get enough staff to havesomeone assist with parties please. Read more

Sunday was my first time visiting Hide N Seek Indoor Playground, and I will not be back. We booked Hide N Seek for my nephew?s... birthday. Not only was it highly overpriced, but the staff was also rude and not helpful. The party room was hot, small, andunkempt ? the paint was chipping off the walls, the shelves were dirty, and there was limited adult seating. The staff wasunwilling to supply us with water pitchers or let us put our cake in the fridge until we asked to speak to a manager. We alsoran out of plates and glasses, which they did not restock. The only time staff checked in was to tell us our time was up and toleave the private room. In addition to the private party room, the overall cleanliness of the playground, washrooms, andcafeteria was lacking. Despite children requiring supervision, there were unsupervised kids dropping stuff from the second flooronto kids in the playground/arcade. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I was with the staff, and their lack of respect.Especially given the cost. I will not be back to Hide N Seek and would not recommend them to anyone. Great place for a young child. There is a cafe on site, mostly junk food. Place is clean, staff are responsive, but you do have... to watch your kids, and the other kids around your child. Haven't had a problem with any other parents there so far, but can seethe potential. If your kid likes quiet play, don't bring them here, its very loud with little control. Leave your shoes and ectat own (high) risk. They need a coat check or something, a better system for shoes and diaper bag ect. You get a number stamp tosafely retrieve your child, a coat check can't be any harder - Get One Please! Read more

Your kids never get bored in there. Good for parties and for kids to have fun. Easy to find parking. My kids like it.
