I loved this place from the first time, a few years ago. I went again this weekend and not only was the food amazing, the... service was truly unmatched. Come if you love to feel like home! The tater tots are so crunchy and tasty! I had a skillet and itwas exactly what I wanted. Hearty, healthy, all the ingredients were fresh and cooked to perfection. The hash browns were niceand golden and soft. Just perfect. And to make the experience even better, we got a piece of coconut cream pie... a piece ofheaven! Not too sweet, and not bland at all. This place is a diamond In the rough!!! Best eggs Benedict I have had in a long time!!! Service was fast and super friendly!!!... The atmosphere is like out of a old school diner!!! A quaint diner located in a line of other businesses, a real gem worth taking the time to discover! I just had a lunch there... today, ambiance was lively, and you can tell this is the place the locals are proud to call their own! I was definitely the newkid on the block as this was my first visit. Most definitely this won?t be my last visit. Food portions were generous andpresentation was good! Staff were attentive, and courteous! They take Covid restrictions seriously and are always cleaning upthe place. The only recommendation I have is when serving the beef dip or Philly steak, ask if the bread should be servedgrilled on the side. I found my sandwich to be soggy on arrival, I can?t stand soggy bread on a sandwich, it?s ironic knowingthat I?ll dip that same sandwich in sauce, hence beef dip! My opinion I think when plated the bread shouldn?t be soggy!Thisplace chefs up breakfast all day and lunch till 4pm. I don?t see that their open for dinner, unsure if this is due to Covid orif it?s always been this way. Parking is tight and parking lot today was super Icy, so be careful and don?t slip and fall. Mybelly was full and I had my jacket on and I had even paid the bill. The kind waitress looked at me and said this is your firsttime here, you can?t leave without trying the pie, I?ll give you a piece on the house. So what did I do, I took off my jacketand ate some pie. I have never in my life ate pineapple pistachio pie and let me tell you, it was the best pie I?ve ever had!!Don?t let this gem be left, take the time to check it out, you won?t be disappointed! Always good food and great options. Every time I come here I have a great experience, the food is on point and service is... great. However this time something was off. Not sure what happened? my wife ordered the eggs Benedict with the sauce on theside, I order the steak and eggs. We also order an order of French toast which we said we like to have after our meal. Guesswhat? My wife got her meal not the way she asked, my order was good and guess what? we got the French toast at the same time. Sowe had very cold French toast for dessert which we did not want. This wreck the experience completely. Don?t get me wrong thefood was great, but was disappointed with the level of attention and service from our waitress. Time to pay.. which tookforever to get around to. As always I tip well, I feel everyone deserved a good tip. When it was all set and done our waitressdidn?t even say ?thank you or see you again? which I thought it was insane. Just walked away and moved to the nextperson. Anyways.. maybe it was an off day and hopefully my next visit is better. I do like this place and I hope the take myconstructive criticism well and not be mad at me for being harsh. This was the greatest surprise find. The food is amazing, best vegetarian eggs Benedict I have had. The strawberry cream pie is... to live for. Not to lie we got the Frankenstein pie which us 6 slices of your choice. So I tasted 6 of 9. None disappointed. For sure a new regular customer. Read more
