It's always good food, but today I went in at 5:45pm , and waited 5 minutes in the lobby while all the staff were hanging out in... the back. Tills open, tip jar out. After it being clear I wasn't being served by any one front of house, I left. As I was goingto pull away , I saw a staff member peak their head out of the back. I came back inside and got their attention to order, butthis freshii needs way better staffing. When I finally got my food today my "hot pocket" was so cold the cheese had notmelted. I'll save my time and avoid this freshii from now on. Read more
