So my experience with this location is above and beyond any restaurant I?ve ever experienced. I order their Kale Caesar wrap and... ALWAYS a strawberry banana smoothie. My mouth is watering just thinking about it right now. Unfortunately, it had been a fewweeks since I ordered last time because I lost my job a few months back so money has been tight. I ordered my normal strawberrybanana smoothie as a treat to myself and apologized for not ordering as much lately given my circumstances. What I received atmy door was not only my favourite smoothie, but my favourite wrap as well - free of charge. There was a note inside wishing meto get back on my feet and ?God Bless?? to tell you I cried is an understatement. I bawled. It was such a sweet gesture and forthem to remember me was incredible. But that?s not all! For Christmas she hand-delivered me my favourite kale wrap as a ?thankyou? for my business. You would think that would be all they?ve done right?! NOPE! Not only do I receive constant positive notesin my bag when I can order - ?JB? went through the trouble of finding my phone number, and asked how I was doing. Unfortunately,I have Covid AND recently crashed my 2018 Mazda 3 that I loved so much. I was so down in the dumps and almost like fate theystated that a strawberry banana smoothie would be waiting for me once I?m feeling better. OR they would hand-deliver it ifnecessary. Their food is incredible. That?s a given. The best in Edmonton for sure. But this type of ?customer service?(which ismore like ?family & friends?) is beyond anything I?ve ever seen. Here I don?t feel like just a customer. They see me as someonewho matters to them and I ALWAYS cry whenever they do something amazing for me (which is A LOT). Thank-you and 5 stars isn?tenough. The food is healthy, the staff are wonderful and the owner at this location always exceeds my expectations. My favourite option... is the Ranchero breakfast burrito and the vegetarian chilli soup. ???? The Northgate Freshi treats you like Family. Read more
I was very impressed by the quality of the bowl that I had today. Very tasty and filling.
Today I ordered here Bamboo bowl with steak for my self. Cali bowl and Chia Pudding for my kids. OMG everything is so good,... yummy and well prepared. The customer service is very good. This location has really gone downhill. I order the Fiesta Bowl. The avocado, when they have it, is rotten. Who would serve that... to anyone?!? And the bowl itself has limited lettuce but TONS of corn and beans. It?s supposed to be a salad with a bit of cornand beans. NOT a corn and bean salad with a bit of lettuce. Very disappointing.
