I came here for lunch and was very disappointed. First they have false advertising, they say they have a daily deal for 7.99 and... the picture shows the chicken bowl with chips and a pop, however I was charged 15. Second, the rice and chicken were mush, andthe broccoli was bad. I use to like freshiis however now not so much..paid way more then I was told and it was gross. Read more

The food was terrible. False advertising. There is a sign saying $7.99 daily deal, $9.99 for combo. I ordered the deal and she... charged me $15. She charged me for the combo plus extra for chicken plus also charged me for my drink which should have beenincluded. The rice was mush. The chicken was so mushy it looked like oatmeal at first. The broccoli was off green and tastedold. Not happy and will never go back again. The girl who served us saw us throw away our food. She asked what was wrong. Wetold her and she just said sorry. No offer for a new meal. No offer for money back. I?m not impressed and recommend you gosomewhere else. Perhaps the Edo Japan that is next door. Read more

The Cobb salad was great, could have had a bit more avocado! No toilet paper in the washroom and could use a clean. As well as... better lighting, it felt dingy. Always a fan of the immunity shots. Read more

Wish I read the reviews before we came here and the owners response to my review below my long paragraph is more of a reason why... customers should beware!! (Message to owner) Read all your reviews and improve your services if it troubles you to read honestopinions because clearly there is a problem and it has nothing to do with the ?type? of customer I am as mentioned in yourresponse. Sounds like your referring to our race which has nothing to do with our issue on how poorly our food was prepared. YesI have written a bad review on another location that is truthful as well so I?m not sure why your even brought that up, I?mconfused! You should be more concerned about improving your services Ma?am! I was hesitant to try another location after two badexperiences including yours however,I?m glad I did because I finally found one with not only decent reviews but our food was upto standard as it should be at every location!! Why should customers pay for food they can?t eat?! Now I know we?re not theonly ones who were dissatisfied with the food at this location. We both ordered the Buddha bowl which is our favourite howeverthe rice noodles weren?t cooked properly and we were instantly turned off by the taste after one bite. The chicken in our bowllooked as if was chewed and spit out.It looked blended for some strange reason and the presentation was clearly not the samefrom what we?re used to. We were disappointed that we had to wait several minutes for the cashier to confirm with management ifwe could receive our refund for a meal we barely touched because we were dissatisfied. luckily we were granted our money backand we decided to try another location that same day and our meals were amazing to say the least! Buyer beware. This isn?t my usual Freshii location but I was in the area and popped in to grab my usual Pagnoa bowl. What I... received was a very artfully crafted bowl of rice. This usually comes with a rice base and big scoops of fresh veg and toppings.Unfortunately, as I got it to go, when I got home I realized it was actually just 90% rice with some very masterfully laid out(thin) areas of the usual toppings. As the employee had already started shutting down the store before closing, the frontkitchen area was closed, so she crated it in the backroom, thus meaning I couldn?t see how little was going into my bowl. Thisfeels a little too convenient now. Do not recommend coming back here sadly. They are very clearly doing everything they can tolower costs and pass off the buck to the customer. Read more
