When I order online, usually every week, the service is ready in 20... minutes, today they spent 45 minutes to complete my order, and I did not receive any explanation, besides the pizza was burned.I am really disappointed for today's service and food. Was surprised to see the wonderful lunch menu. Happy hour menu looked delicious and reasonably priced as well. Summer peach... salad was a delight! 4 stars due to fruit flies issues, had to cover my food and drinks the entire time while dining. I wasserved by Veronica who was pleasant and efficient. I haven't been to famoso in a hot minute, but boy did I miss it. Their bisque is amazing as always (if you haven't had it before... and you wanna feel that warm feeling of home, try the bisque). My friend and I had come during happy hour and the options weregreat! The food is just so good, so to catch them during happy hour is a steal. Been coming to this loction for a while now. Always have great pizza's, great service and great management. Always been great... about substitutions or adding daiya cheese and removing dairy frim pizza's. Food comes to the table very fast and hot. Alsobathrooms have also been very clean. Always a great value for what you get. Read more
