Very disappointed. I absolutely love getting bento boxes but will not return to this location. I had the Hawaiian bento, the... rice for the sushi was dry and I ended up with a small sharp bone. I only noticed it as I bit down on it. I did see anotherreview a year ago about a bone in the Hawaiian bento box. Please fix this issue and throughly check the chicken before cookingand serving it in meals. Read more

The new bubble teas are REALLY GOOD! Only issue is that they are not that big, especially in comparison to ones of the same... price at other bubble tea places. They also now have a bunch of extra japanese snacks, including lots of flavors of pocky and abunch of other types though I don't exactly remember what right now as I was too focused on the bubble tea and pocky lol! They were not busy so it's hard to know how it might be when they are rushed. But the service was excellent . As they were... quiet I asked about milk tea and they made me a completely unsweetened one. Which I really appreciated.I enjoyed it. They didnt put any sauce on either on our meals. They charged us for the wrong meal. When I called I got no answer. Wasnt... impressed as this was my husbands birthday meal he wanted. Update... My husband gt threw. They argued with him that they did putsauce on when there was none. Very friendly and quick service. We ordered the miso soup and teriyaki beef wraps, the wrap was good but simple enough that we... could of made it at home. Next time I'll stick to the rice bowls and miso soup. Read more

WORST EDO JAPAN LOCATION!!! It's unfortunate that a worker at your place claimed that I have asked for a discount when I ordered... my food. I had visited this place 3x and not even once did I ask for any kind of discount. I had paid full price on my foodorder on these 3 visits. Whoever that worker is, you should be ashamed of yourself.
