This is my favourite Edo location I have been to. The ladies who work here are so friendly, and have gotten to know my order...... when I changed it up the other day they took the time to double check what I meant. The little details in the food, like dicingthe vegetables fine and putting the crispy wonton skins on top of the meat instead of under so they stay crispy make the foodthat much more enjoyable. The service is always quick. I eat here at least twice a month and have never had a negativeexperience. Read more

I just watched one of the staff go from raw chicken to cook beef with the same spatula side by side. the staff member next to... her went from raw chicken to cook vegetables sliding into to go container. then going from cooked rice to raw chicken, then toraw beef... completely unacceptable!!! I went to this location today, and was very dissapointed at the lack of customer services. I ordered a Beef noodle bowl no... veggie. I how ever noticed they have mushrooms, so I asked if I could have some in place of the veggies and they said NO, youcan have more noodle. I told them I don't actually want more noodle, I would perfer a few mushrooms. They still said no themushrooms don't come with noodle bowls. So I left it alone! I work and live in the area, they have lost my business. I knowthey don't care about customer services (if they did the mushrooms would have not been an issue) and nothing will come out ofthis review, but I just felt I needed to put it out there. Found hair in my rice bowl. And the previous time my sushi was rotten. Don't waste you money. Staff was super friendly though

The women that takes the orders is very rude and rushes through your order. She doesn't listen and then gets mad and walks away.... Need some better service providers that's for sure. Read more
