Kind and courteous employees. Portions were ok.Considered fast cooking if everything are cooked fresh.

I order from here often but the last 2 times I had such a bad experience. The first time I went at 830 pm, the mall closes at 9... but because the ladies had already cleaned off the grill she refused to take my order. Today I decided to go back and tryagain. I ordered a regular size chicken teriyaki meal as well as a kids teriyaki meal to to. I was the only one in line. Thelady serving me put 2 portions of chicken on the grill (one regular size and another kid size portion). I was the only customerfor about 3 minutes, then the next 2 customers ordered chicken. The lady cooking the food decided to divide the regular portionamong my 2 orders and give the next lady in line the rest of thr chicken. The kids size meal had literally 5 pieces of chickenand the container was half full. Very inconsistent and disappointing service. I paid for 2 meals but realistically only got 1. Read more

Worst edo experience I?ve ever had. I LOVE edo and this experience was super frustrating. I VERY clearly stated my order about 3... times. Still they completely missed one of my 4 meal orders and put things I specifically asked to be out of the order. The meatis burnt and dried out as the Cook tried to make like 10 meals at once and neglected ours which were ordered first. They gave meno sauce for my spring rolls and treated me like it was my fault they got my order wrong. Sorely disappointed. Read more

Food was good. However cashier lady was super rude when we came back to get some sauce on the side after 5 minutes of sitting... down. She was confronting and yelling at us in front of customers asking if we even bought something there. Also did notapologize afterwards. Have witnessed better customer service at different branches, personally would never come back. Read more
