Unbelievably slow. I waited for 15 minutes for 2 bubble teas only to find out that they got my order wrong.
Staff was very Friendly and welcoming. The order was accurate and delicious. The washrooms and dining area were kept very clean.
Ordered a sumo size but got barely any meat, regular size had more meat, not sure if the workers know what they are doing
Bad experience all around. I usually do Edo at Southgate or near Pete?s Drive In. Both are very good and fast. These guys are... a joke. They took 10x longer to get the food ready. Great spot in South Edmonton Common for a quick bite to eat. This Edo Japan also serves sushi. The menu has lots of items. I... like they have a bench by the cashier to sit and wait for your food while they are cooking. There is lots of parking out fronttoo. A good soot of you are not looking for a restaurant. The last few thursday's I have been going there and they have this deal where you buy 16 sushis for 9.99. The 3 times i went... there for the deal, I was always given the deal. I went in today to have the same thing and I was declined that offer because ithas to be specific. As i was explaining that the last few Thursday's i have been going there, i was getting that deal. The onelady then got mad and slammed down her fist on the counter and told me that I can not get that deal. This is completelyunprofessional. This was the rudest person I have dealt with and because of that, I walked out not ordering. I am verydisappointed and will not be coming back. Read more
