I ordered a 70 piece sushi platter through their online platform 5 days in advance. I paid and got confirmation. When we went to... pick up yesterday they said there is no order because we did not go in store to confirm despite having a confirmation email thatwe showed them. Employees were very rude. Then said come back in 30 minutes. Husband went back 1.5 hours later and they stillgave him trouble. Instead of getting a big platter like advertised we got two small ones with a huge tub of Wasabi but only afew packs of soya sauce. Sushi was absolutely disgusting, it was definitely not made fresh. I enjoyed the food and didn?t mind the long wait because the food was hot and fresh. The staff were nice too. The only reason I... have to give them one star is because of how they clean. I was enjoying my meal until one of the workers used the broom to brushfood off the table and then used the same broom to sweep the floor. She didn?t even clean it with a wet cloth after.
