I ordered a 70 piece sushi platter through their online platform 5 days in advance. I paid and got confirmation. When we went to... pick up yesterday they said there is no order because we did not go in store to confirm despite having a confirmation email thatwe showed them. Employees were very rude. Then said come back in 30 minutes. Husband went back 1.5 hours later and they stillgave him trouble. Instead of getting a big platter like advertised we got two small ones with a huge tub of Wasabi but only afew packs of soya sauce. Sushi was absolutely disgusting, it was definitely not made fresh.
