Not only did they try to give me the wrong order when I am deathly allergic to mushrooms, but the manager was yelling at her... staff in the back where all the customers in the restaurant could hear and my food sat under the heat lamp so I walked up to thecounter. She didn't stop getting mad until the chef told her I was standing there. A lady also came in after me and left beforeme with her food. Poor practice. Extremely poor customer service and that poor girl was doing great, everyone starts somewhere.I would not work for someone who treated me this way. This location deserves zero stars. I ordered veggies rolls and checked before I left and realized they had no cream cheese. I... went and told the staff and was told "we are getting a menu. We don't have any cream cheese." No actual apology as to them nevertelling me and ripping me off. First of all getting a new menu makes no sense. Secondly, perhaps tell the customer before theypurchase. Had to ask for a refund because I have no interest in eating that garbage. Multiple times they have been "out" ofspicy mayo. We understand that closing store on time and the business hours? but being there 20 min before the closing time, Grill is closed... and they cant serve to go orders? you should update store closing time for 9:30? after long drive to grab some food? and rudebehaviours of the service personel.. it is disappointing .. The quantity for kids meal is not even good enough for a toddler. No problems with the food, but the service was terrible. I am very reasonable, and don?t expect the service to be like... McDonald?s and done in 2 min. I do however, believe my food should be done in a reasonable time frame. If it?s not going to be,then it should be stated to me when ordering. I waited 34 min for ONE meal. I understand that they were busy with orders,however that should be stated when ordering if it?s going to be that long. Worst sushi in the world honestly. Never go to edos. If you want real sushi go LITERALLY anywheres else. Their sushi is... pre-made garbage stored in a fridge. Not just this edo either every single one I've been too. Even the one in bc. How can peopleeat this stuff I have no clue. Read more
