This location deserves zero stars. I ordered veggies rolls and checked before I left and realized they had no cream cheese. I... went and told the staff and was told "we are getting a menu. We don't have any cream cheese." No actual apology as to them nevertelling me and ripping me off. First of all getting a new menu makes no sense. Secondly, perhaps tell the customer before theypurchase. Had to ask for a refund because I have no interest in eating that garbage. Multiple times they have been "out" ofspicy mayo. Or likely just too lazy to make more. Will NEVER return here. Awful service. Read more

The quantity for kids meal is not even good enough for a toddler. I was so disappointed when i opened my kids meal for my kid,... like they were trying to make a joke about kids meal,,,,, totally unbelieveable. Not only did they try to give me the wrong order when I am deathly allergic to mushrooms, but the manager was yelling at her... staff in the back where all the customers in the restaurant could hear and my food sat under the heat lamp so I walked up to thecounter. She didn't stop getting mad until the chef told her I was standing there. A lady also came in after me and left beforeme with her food. Poor practice. Extremely poor customer service and that poor girl was doing great, everyone starts somewhere.I would not work for someone who treated me this way.
