We came in for a few beers and some spinach dip on the patio after an event at the university. Shay served us and she was fast,... friendly, and knowledgeable. She suggested my girlfriend the red sangria with watermelon slush which she really enjoyed. Wewere also checked in on by one of the managers, Hannah and she made us feel very welcome. We went as a group of 5 on a fairly busy evening but the place seemed well staffed. We arrived at 6:00 and left at 8:30. We... waited about an hour for appetizers when tables around us were getting food and waited another half hour for entrees. We satwith empty glasses waiting for drink refills for an hour and when we brought it up to our server she said, "yep, I'll be righton it" when 10 minutes later a different girl showed up with our drink refills. When we got our entrees only 4 of them came outand we waited another 15 minutes for another one. One of our meals had soggy fries and the sandwich was cold so it probably saton the counter for a while. We told a server about it and instead of taking it back she just said, "okay i'll let your serverknow." Our server came back probably another 10 minutes later and we sent it back while the rest of us had our meals. the mealwe sent back still didn't come by the time we were all wrapped up so we just told the waitress to take it off the bill. Wedidn't tip and walked out saying "have a good evening" to the host who instead of replying with, "have a great night!" She justresponded with: "bye." After we walked out we realized they had overcharged us for our drinks. Probably won't come back to thislocation for a while, seems to be run by a fairly inexperienced manager and staff seemed to get overwhelmed by the simplestrequests. Read more

$70 dollar order not worth $20! Pub food is better than this! We ordered spinach dip and received maybe a cup of it? $17 for... that! The gravy was watered down fat at best and the tacos were very small. The Nashville sandwich was in a gross gluten freebun when we didn't request that. Very disappointed. Read more

Really enjoyable happy hour here as always! We were a bit disappointed that many of their slushed drinks were out of stock on... the day we dined in, but were able to still enjoy with our happy hour meals. Brutal service. Ordered 2 items which both consisted of mostly salad... waited... waited... 45 minutes went by without really... seeing the server and when she finally did come to the table she told us our meals were coming shortly... Waited... Waited...After 1 hour from time of order we expressed out disappointment and they sent over a "manager" (a child with really no respectfor other people's time) to deal with it and to apologize as we were walking out the door. Happened to eat at Earls twice today, and ended up impressed enough to remember to write a review (which is a rare occasion). To... my liking, every element of every dish had just the right amount of everything, including saltiness, spiciness, temperature,juiciness, etc. The blackened chicken, the steak, the caesar, etc. were fabulous, and the fries were so good they almost made mereminisce about better times, like in this Ratatouille movie where a cantankerous food critic gets emotional over the dish madeby the main protagonist. Service and other things not directly related to food were fantastic as well. the service was quick, staff was very friendly and the ambiance was just right! the food was delicious and so were the drinks.... we went as a huge group and they were very accommodating, and still very quick to take our orders and bring out the meals. thebathroom is a bit of maze to get to, but it looks really good and is a decent place to take pictures (fancy lol)! i look forwardto visiting again!
