They have wrong prices on their website and they don?t listen to orders carefully and add stuff in the drinks we denied for and... charge more. Not a good customer experience certainly. Read more

Every time I go here they seem to mess something up. On different occasions they didn't have tapioca, they kept messing up my... drink that I get at other Dream Tea locations without problems, and a couple times now they've forgotten to give us straws whichmade it difficult to drink the tapioca. I keep giving this location a chance in hopes that it'll be like their other locationsbut they're just disappointing. They don't even have food or a delivery service despite being open for a while now. Read more
clean store and friendly service. my only issues is unlike the heritage square location, there was nowhere to sit while waiting... for my drinks to be ready, and they didn?t offer a drink tray or a plastic bag even though i ordered 3 drinks. Read more
