Every time I go here they seem to mess something up. On different occasions they didn't have tapioca, they kept messing up my... drink that I get at other Dream Tea locations without problems, and a couple times now they've forgotten to give us straws whichmade it difficult to drink the tapioca. I keep giving this location a chance in hopes that it'll be like their other locationsbut they're just disappointing. They don't even have food or a delivery service despite being open for a while now. Read more
clean store and friendly service. my only issues is unlike the heritage square location, there was nowhere to sit while waiting... for my drinks to be ready, and they didn?t offer a drink tray or a plastic bag even though i ordered 3 drinks. Read more
Excellent customer service by the young man working both the cash register and the drink stations during my visit to this... location today. Although he was working alone, he kept a calm and composed attitude and was very kind when taking my order andserving my drinks. There were approximately 20-25 guests in the store so he was very busy. Good job man! Read more
Great quality bubble tea. I really like it, especially compared to other Dream Teas who have negligible quality. One thing that... I'd suggest is that they lower the price - they are more expensive than the other Dream Teas, and I think as a new business,they should definitely try to undercut other bubble tea places (especially Cocos and Chatime) which have better pricing often.No complaints and I like they accept Amex (which isn't more expensive than my MasterCard Elite or Visa Infinite for merchants -something most don't know). Went here with my boyfriend. He ordered the tropic tornado bubble tea and absolutely loved it! I ordered the taro bubble tea... with soya milk. I was disappointed with mine, not sure if it was because of the soya milk but I found that mine wasn?t sweet.Overall nice place, good sized portions and clean. Read more
