Ordered for contactless carryout specifying to put our order in the trunk. Arrived 25 minutes later, let them know we were... outside via checking in on the website, put on our hazard lights and waited patiently as directed. 10 minutes have passed andwe?re still waiting in the car watching through the window as most of the staff work hard. In plain sight, we also see a coupleof staff standing there eating slices of pizza from one of the boxes on the hot shelf looking over at our car where we areclearly waiting for our contactless delivery. 15 minutes have passed so we call them to let them know we are there (in additionto already checking in on the website and staff seeing us waiting in our car outside with flashing hazard lights). After twophone calls that go nowhere we finally get through and are immediately told by the person on the other end ?please hold? beforewe get to say anything. Almost 20 minutes have passed when finally, one staff member finishes eating, casually picks up ourorder from the hot shelf (which, of course has been sitting there this whole time) and comes out with it. Not only did thisstaff member not wash or sanitize their hands after eating and bringing our order out, this person then tried to hand the orderto the driver side of the car when we specified to place it in the trunk (actual contactless carryout). Never felt sodisappointed by poor, slow and confusing customer service - on a far from busy weekday too! UPDATE: I emailed them directly asrequested below but never received any kind of response. Ordered the extravaganza pizza carry out and I don't know what they have done to their pizza sauce but it was spicy as hell..... ate 1 slice had to garbage the rest it definitely is not the same sauce as it used to be. Won't be getting any pizza here againthat's for sure. Never again with that spicy sauce. Read more
Order here often but staff dosen't always get the orders right. On more than one occasion we have gotten the wrong cut ask for... square cut and receive pie cut. even again tonight went to pick up our order made sure to check it before leaving and its thewrong cut. I now am wsiting for them to remake my ordet as I have a 2 yearold at home who only likes square cut.Not impressedbut its my closest Domino's and the food usually taste great.Update july 29th on e again they have messed up my order waiteduntil after i paid but before i left to tell me very unprofessional in my opion how hardcis it to get instruction right . The guy working last night was super rude. I waiting outside for him to open the door as the google says they open till 1am, he... didn?t even bother saying anything and kept ignoring us. Called the store and he said we have note at the door we?re open onlyfor orders. Then you should change your google timings too, why would make someone to come all the way to read that note. Notimpressed with the service at all. Would have given the zero if I could. We went to another dominos near by they took us and askto order online and later we picked up. Placed an order and it was taking longer than usual. Called to get an update and they told me it would be here in 5 minutes... (knew they had not actually looked into it). Called back 30 min after the first call and they told me the order had been messedup. So 2 hours after my original order they said they would make me a new order and send it out. Why am I paying for pizza thattakes 2.5 hours to get to my house?! Read more
I've always had good service from this location! Today we had a mishap with the order. I used the app to place the order and it... gliched substituting a cheese pizza instead of peperoni with extra peperoni. I call the store to ask about it and theyimmediately made a new pizza and sent it out. Not sure why they have low reviews but other than this one time in a year we havealways had awesome service! Our local Domino's has great service! Delivery is always so quick and the driver is amazing
