We picked up 2 pizzas for 46 bucks last night and I feel like it was not worth it at all. The quality has went down... significantly especially with barely any toppings (chicken). This review is to bring awareness instead of slamming the company. I order from dominos a lot, maybe 2-3 times a month when I?m... not in the mood to cook. Well I don?t usually order from this location, I have a few times in the past couple years and it wasfine. Well I ordered here July 18/2022. It was on my way home so I ordered for pick up. After eating half my pizza (that wasseverely undercooked) ate my pasta which seemed ok. Well I got severely sick throughout the night and been having stomachproblems ever since. If I could rate less than one star, I would. The WORST pizza and customer service. A month ago, I ordered two pizzas, they came... incinerated, burnt. I called, complained as they were inedible and was given a credit. Today called to use said credit, theyscrew up that pizza to the point that it?s not edible. It was like they gave me a box of soup. It was disgusting. Not cooked,the pieces unable to be picked up, just disgusting. When we actually took it back to the store to show them how bad it was andto get the credit put back on the account for another day. They refused to return the credit for what was CLEARLY an inediblepizza. Now I?m stuck with this garbage pizza and won?t be spending another dollar at this location. Read more
This is so bed this time. We just ordered the same pizza we order all the time but it?s quality is keep getting bed. This is... second time happened and they didn?t even have all the toppings. And cover it up with just cheese. Why don?t they even say it ifthey don?t have something??? I just had pizza without half the toppings they mentioned in their feast pizza!!! We ordered pizza and bread from James Mowatt trail store in Edmonton. It never came. When I called the store, person said they... have delivered which sounded like the wrong address. Called me liar. When we asked to talk to manager, he started abusing us andhung up the phone. We have ordered many times from them and will we lie for a $26 pizza order. If they messed up then why notaccept that.
