Had the mushroom burger and it was very good. Great service, cold beer, definitely recommended!
Really disappointed as we just moved back to Edmonton after 7 years and we really missed deluxe so we were excited to eat here... again. Went here for a late lunch yesterday and the service and food was horrible. There were the 2 of us and 1 other table of 3in the restaurant. The server took 5 minutes before she noticed we had walked in. They were out of shock top draught beer, whichis ok however the server suggested a similar beer they had on tap and it was the complete opposite of shock top! Not similar atall and not good! She should not recommend beer if she doesn?t know about it. The food was absolutely disgusting. We ordered 2burgers with fries and gravy. The French fries were cold and bland. The tomatoes on my burger were old and rotten, I picked themoff. Mushroom Swiss burger had way too much truffle on it. Couldn?t taste anything else over that! Even the gross beer didn?ttaste like beer, still tasted like truffle. The server waited until we were almost done our food before she came over again toOur table. A 17 dollar box of romaine lettuce! I ordered the Cobb salad, which is described as including pepper bacon, egg and cheese.... Received NO bacon, 1/2 an egg and some shredded cheese, in a full takeout box of romaine lettuce. Not acceptable. Read more
