Ordered chicken strips and onions rings, paid $14 for 4 strips and 10 onions rings, the food was disgusting. The chicken were... too salty. Its better to buy the frozen ones from Safeway. I would not recommend this meal. Read more

This has to be the worst dairy queen in the city. The staff all seem to really hate their jobs and want nothing to do with... customers. Customer service is awful, they don't smile or greet you, and on multiple occasions I have to repeat my orderdifferent ways at least 3 times even though I speak loudly and clearly. It's usually very slow service too, and I never know ifI'm going to actually get the right thing. At least the ice cream tastes consistent with other locations. If it wasn't withinconvenient walking distance, I would definitely choose another location. Read more
Not a good idea to order from here. I placed a skip order and they sent me old, freezer burned ice cream sandwiches that were... super hard to eat. The blizzard I ordered was also basically melted to liquid and didn't have much of the topping. This all took56 minutes to get delivered. Definitely one of the worst dairy queens I have been to. Very busy little place... It's not a surprise why there are so many poor reviews for this location. It's severely understaffed... and poorly managed. I don't think the owner cares about either the customer or the employees of this store. I worked at customerservice for 2 years before. Making just 3-4 service personnel manage the entire store on a busy weekend night for minimum wageis just brutal. We had to wait for more than 15 minutes for our orders. When we got them it was wrong and one burger short. Theyfixed it later when notified though. The tables were dirty too. Plus I don't understand why the employees have to open thewashroom for the customers everytime even though there's a huge rush. Not going there on weekend nights ever again. Read more
I don?t get all the negative reviews; I guess the pompous downtown folk are expecting fine dining from a fast food joint. Got... Blizzards here last night and they were made quite well. The staff were friendly and things were out in a timely manner. Therewas an abundance of sketchy homeless people around (including one who came in and made a nest out of one of the booths), butthat?s downtown for you. Not the staff?s fault. Read more
