I have ordered 2 chocolate brownie extreme blizzards. One of the blizzard is not made properly and it is not at all thick. I... asked for a replacement of the blizzard and he didn't try to resolve my complaint but he keeps on saying different followingreasons 1. He said there are only two machines and he cannot make a replacement of the blizzard. 2. He said the chocolateblizzard is always like this. I asked him to compare with my other blizzard which is good and he is just inverting it andshowing. 3. He then took both the blizzards from my hand and said he will replace it but ended doing nothing. He startedcomplaining it to the customers that it is how we make it. He started stirring the same blizzard again and again to show that itis good and gave it to us. We finally left the blizzard and came out of the store even after paying the amount because he is notready to replace it. He also stirred the other customers blizzard to show how it looks but is this etiquette to stir someone'sfood. This happened to be my friends order itself. EDIT 1: I was called by the DQ manager after 2 weeks and she agreed that ourproblem was genuine and she mentioned that she will train her staff on improper behavior. She also offered me a gift card. I amchanging the rating from 1 to 3 as I felt the manager was responsible. Read more
Fast, delicious, overall very satisfied... just wish it wasn't so expensive.
Really busy, but the food was good and tasty I liked how the burgers were put together it was a pleasurable experience
Lazy and useless staff/management will not honour the deals offered in the app. Go somewhere else that trains their staff better... and honours their franchises deals that are on their apps. Very disappointed! Read more
