Purchased an ice cream cake for a birthday party, didn't notice it had excessive freezer burn on the cake until the day of the... party. (purchased another ice cream cake from a different DQ, because bday party wasn't close to original store) Tried to returnit with receipt the next day they said no its just frost. Unacceptable, will be contacting manager to discuss. update: Managerwas helpful and refunded the money, just wish we didn't have to go back twice and speak with two different DQ's clerks about afrost bitten cake that was probably sitting there way too long. Isn?t relish part of a condiment for a hot dog? I asked the cashier if I can have a bit of relish. She said it was extra charge.... Thought about paying for the extra charge of relish, but why give them that extra $0.50. I?m not trying to be cheap but it?s notmoral to pay for relish for a hot dog. Read more

Not to say this location is good or not. My personal preference is to not have a fast food location of this nature at a fitness... and recreation facility when one is also located across the street. I have visitors a few times, coffee is hot, ice cream issimple as as expected, ?hot food? item menu is very limited as everything is precooked and heated in a fast conventional oven.Which again, is just not my preference. Staff are young and not always pleasant but are simple to deal with when ordering acoffee or a sundae. Read more
Delicious, but by far the smallest ice cream cones ever from any Dairy Queen in my life.
Arrived around 9:35 with kids and Placed our order. The cashier told us that they close at 10. I asked that if we didn't finish... eating our food by then if we have to leave? He says no that's not what he's saying. We got our drinks and waited for our foodto arrive. I went back to place a to go order which was taken by the manager or supervisor and shortly after our food arrived.We began eating and the manager/supervisor came to our table and said they close in 2 minutes. I asked if we have to leave in 2minutes. She says Yes!! That's when they close. I was angry and upset about this. This cut my appetite. I told the kids let'sgo. By then it was 10:02. The manager/supervisor said if I was waiting for a ride we could stay but the damage was already doneand she could of handled the situation more professionally. I am in the hospitality business and anyone else who is knows whatshe did in WRONG. Will never go back to this location. Read more
