If I could give it less stars I would.. long wait in an empty drive threw and the dine in was closed too. Ice cream here has... gone seriously downhill and for the price it is absolutely not worth it. Nearly $10 for a blizzard and the amount of mixins youget and the quality of the mixins is very weak. Even the taste of the ice cream seems watered down. Going to go McDonald?s for aMcFlurry every time now, way better and generous mixins. Read more

Awful service. Waited 15 min inside without even being acknowledged. I was so blown away and was waiting it out to see how long... my daughter and myself woyld be ignored. Unfortunately we did place an order and the food was horrible. Onion rings waspartially cooked and burgers were so dry. I used to really like this place, but now this has to be the worst DQ in Edmonton. We have tried going here five times in past... year to find the place closed with the exception of the drive-thru. By the way if you decide to use the drive thru, giveyourself 45 minutes as this is the slowest drive thru I have ever seen. First it was covid that shut down the dining room. Thatwas somewhat understandable. Now they close at 8pm which is far earlier than every other location. End up disappointed and visitmarble slab next door or go to the much better DQ location on 75 Street and 76 Ave. I think it might be time for the owner toconsider selling this location to someone who will provide a better customer experience. The women working the drive through stuck the debit machine as soon as we pulled up with out saying anything and slammed the... window after we tapped our card. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn?t think twice about coming here. Read more

I wanted to do less than a star but it would not let me. We got into the drive thru lane started placing our order to be told... that the ice cream machine was not working. There were people behind us so we were stuck in the line for over 30 minutes. Whenwe approached the window we were told the machine was suddenly working, but I had already ordered ice ceam on the McDonald'sapp. Which the Dairy Queen app does not let you order for this location. There should be a notice when the machine is notworking so this doesn't happen to other people like it did to us. Read more

I hope I have enough room to make all my complaints. First of all why would you close your doors at 8pm during Edmonton's... summer heat wave? This Dairy Queen needs to rethink its business strategy. It's 8:30 on a Saturday night. So far we've beenwaiting in the drive through for 10 minutes....there are currently 9 cars in the queue. We have counted 8 cars that came, triedthe doors and left because they're closed. That's a lot money. There were 3 families who walked over and have now left. Isn'tthere a Marble Slab around the corner??? Guess who went there? We've lived in the neighborhood over 30 years and this DairyQueen keeps getting worse. It appears there is only 4 staff members on duty. If you can't find staff and care about yourbusiness maybe you should hustle on down and help. We love Dairy Queen products and want to support local companies but I amangry, frustrated and disappointed at the service. The drive through is atrocious. The waiting time is ridiculous. Read more

The food is good, the staff are generally polite and friendly, but it is and always has been extremely slow service. It's not a... big deal generally but if you are in a hurry or have limited time keep that in mind. Drive thru seems to go faster but counterservice take forever. Read more
