I usually only come here for ice cream. Today I felt like having food too. I ordered the chicken strip basket and when I got... home and opened it up there was about 17 fries in the box. If this is what's served with a chicken strip basket then theyshould have a much smaller box. What a joke. Fries are one of the least expensive things for a restaurant and they should beable to load the box with a lot more fries. I will not go to this location again to buy food as I feel ripped off. I spentover $30 and got less than a handful of French fries. Brutal. Read more
Went in to get a peanut buster parfait today and asked for caramel instead of fudge. They informed of a upcharge due to labour... and the cost of caramel. I invite the owner to sit with me and if can show me how this actually costs him more I will be happyto change my review. Read more
I usually go to this location, always nice staff here. Recently I had an issue with a drive-thru order mix-up and I rec'd 1... burger instead of 2, but I didn't know until I got home. I went next day to tell them and they got manager Raj to call meshortly after. He had them cook up the missing burger when I came again, plus made my blizzard I ordered himself (the BESTblizzard I've ever had) and gave me a coupon for a free blizzard in the future!! - all with a friendly smile. VERY pleased withthe quick resolution to my complaint and have no problem recommending this location to anyone. Read more
The service is quick and usually friendly here. I will drive further to go to this location instead of the one closer to home... for this reason. I would have given it 5 stars, except that the last couple of times I've ordered a small Blizzard, the icecream didn't quite reach the top of my cup and I felt like I'd gotten less than before, or from other DQ locations. DO NOT go to the 75st and 76ave location in Edmonton AB!!!! Never had such poor service in my life. Almost 45 min from the time... I ordered to when i finally received my food (cheeseburger and onion rings)! They even messed up my order!!!!!!! Only 2 peoplein line ahead of me at lunch time mid week and the wait time is appalling for a fast food restaurant. I usually don't expectmuch out of a burger joint but I can guarantee I won't ever be back to this location or anywhere near it! Read more
Couldn't hear what cashier was saying, burgers were less than satisfying ( threw half of one out.) Poutine was horrible. Fries... and gravy ice cold which kept the curds from melting. By far the worst experience I have had with dairy queen. Read more
This is a "basket" of onion rings? Seriously, 8 bucks for maybe 17 or 18 small and medium onion rings. Not cool DQ, not happy.
